NSN 1R-6145-017329580-P8, REF NR E10-31984, QTY 11 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either depositedin the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. Early and incremental deliveries accepted and preferred. The data needed to acquire/repair this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possibleto draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and the proposed/contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source.
