Title: Language Support Services in support of DR-4339-PR Office of External Affairs The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of External Affairs (OEA) would like to solicit the services of a contractor(s) to provide Language Support Services for all its components (Disaster Operations, Intergovernmental/Congressional and Public Affairs, Private Sector and Resource Management) and other FEMA Operations to include joint efforts with other FEMA Directorates, Programs and Offices, Federal partners, international and domestic organizations, state and local, voluntary/community/faith based, profit/non-profit and private organizations in support of the federal recovery to Hurricane María in Puerto Rico.
