Amendment of Pre-Solicitation Notice of Competitive Procurement (Sol. 68HERC25R0133) Facilities Support Services for Operations and Maintenance and Janitorial Support Contract US EPA Facility Duluth, MN The US Environmental Protection Agency, Great Lakes Toxicology and Ecology Division (GLTED) within the Office of Research and Development (ORD) has a requirement to obtain contractor support to supervision, labor, supplies, materials and services to operate and maintain (O&M) and clean (janitorial) the government owned Great Lakes Toxicology and Ecology Division-Duluth (GLTED- D) laboratory facilities. The site is comprised of a main lab building and several smaller support buildings, and temporary structures in support of our master plan renovations, totaling approximately 112,000 square feet of space housing approximately 150 employees. The site is an environmental research facility housing complex equipment and utility systems supporting long-term research.
