Sources-Sought Notice The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR 10.001) in identifying prospective sources to fill a government requirement for a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) of toner/cartridges, ribbons, labels, maintenance kits, fuser kits, waste toner kits, printer transfer belts for printers, scanners, fax machines, label machines and all supplies, parts and products will be OEM parts and not aftermarket. Period of Performance shall be issued as a Base plus (4) option years, for a duration of one year from date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 325992 Photographic Film, Paper, Plate, Chemical, and Copy Toner Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees.
