Project Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District is contemplating a solicitation for a firm-fixed price, design-build, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ), single award task order contract for Electrical support of the Washington Aqueduct (WA).
