The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis to Empire Cabling Inc., 5158 Goldman Ave, unit F, Moorpark, CA. 93021 as the only vendor able to produce this low voltage cable installation (1 Job), as the installation must connect and be compatible with existing cabling throughout the bldg. and must be consistent with hardware and cabling already in place which has custom cables and custom adapters from Empire Cable which must integrate with existing configuration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
