The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested businesses responding to this Sources Sought. The purpose of this notice is solely to conduct market research. Description of Requirement: The VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS) comprises three primary medical centers located in West Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, and Brockton. West Roxbury and Jamaica Plain fall under the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA) for wastewater discharge and have corresponding permits. Brockton falls under Brockton Water & Sewer and has a discharge permit from the City of Brockton. The contractor shall provide wastewater discharge sampling for VABHS according to each facility's wastewater discharge permit.
