SOURCES SOUGHT FOR CMTS, 309 MMXG Missile Maintenance Group, Hill AFB, UT 84056 Sources Sought Number: FA8227-25-SS-CMTS Publish Date: 9/25/2025 Response Date: 10/27/2025 NAICS: 336419 PSC: 4935 DESCRIPTION: This is a Source Sought Notice Only- The 309 MMXG, Hill AFB, UT, requires design, modernization, and integration of two Customized Motor Test Stands (CMTSs) with existing government-furnished dynamometers for the purpose of testing and evaluating flight control units. The CMTS will use automated controls and primarily Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) components and equipment to allow life-cycle sustainment through the 309th Maintenance Support Group (MXSG) or another generic maintenance organization. The stands shall meet or exceed all current functional requirements IAW the Systems Requirements Document (SRD). The new stands shall have a minimum operating life, with periodic maintenance, of not less than 20 years.
