General Summary: Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5 (NCO 5), is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify vendors that are interested in and capable of providing Waste Management Services at all Veterans Integrated Services Network 5 (VISN 5) managed facilities with Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC) located in DC, MD, and WV and Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in DC, MD, and WV with a small footprint in VA, KY, OH, and PA. The purpose of the attached survey is to gather insights and knowledge about the waste management industry to inform future Department of Veterans Affairs requirements.
