This requirement is sole sourced to Brown University, 170 Hope Street, Room 312, Providence, RI 02906. Brown University is collaborating with Laboratory University Collaboration Initiative (LUCI) to study and create this new mathematical theory (Base Year plus Two Option Years), connecting representation formulas with machine learning algorithm architectures. The LUCI initiative stipulates Brown University as the collaborative entity.
