Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to award a contract for purchase of a gore tunneler and sterilization tray set for the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220. NAICS Code 339112, size standard 1000 employees. This will be a one-time purchase for specialized set to match other sets used by the sterile processing service. Gore set is a specific size at 6mm and 8mm. VA intends to award to Artisan Medical Devices Corporation Artisan Medical Devices is the original equipment manufacturer and sole distributor. A determination to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM EST on 9/24/2025.
