All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted below.The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District anticipates award of a Design-Build (DB), Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from RFP W912DW25R0014.This is a requirement for the construction of a new medical facility in Tacoma, Washington. This RFP will be advertised as full and open with active SAM registration under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $45M.In accordance with Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 236.204, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. 100 percent (%) payment and performance bonds will be required. Please note in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 22.505 and 36.104(c), the Project Labor Agreement Provision 52.222.23 and Clause 52.222.34 will be included in the solicitation.
