The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Squadron (AFTC/PZIOAB) at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL has a requirement for Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs), which are Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, that provides commercial watercraft to be used as target assets. The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor and general conditions to deliver the watercraft targets in the Statement of Objectives dated 28 October 2024.This acquisition is a Full and Open competition. Proposals may be submitted by both Large and Small Business firms that are registered in the System for Award Management under North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 336612 with a size standard of $1,000 employees. This competitive acquisition will utilize the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 and 15.3 as supplemented by the DoD Source Selection Procedures referenced in DFARS 215.3 and the DAFFARS Mandatory Procedures 5315.
