PURPOSE: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for a Requirements Contract for Operations and Maintenance Services for Center Hill Lake. Center Hill Lake is located on the Caney Fork River, about 60 miles east of Nashville, Tennessee and 20 miles west of Cookeville, Tennessee.
