The following changes were made to RFQ and PWS on 4 September 2025: - Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Factors were adjusted. - Period of Performance inconsistencies between PWS and RFQ were adjusted in the PWS. - Questions due date and Quote due dates were adjusted.
