Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 4 The Togus Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in accordance with the Veterans Affairs Maine Healthcare System has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide construction services associated with the following: The contractor shall completely prepare the site for construction operations, including demolition and removal of existing equipment, temporary HVAC, electrical, chilled water, steam, commission/testing, dust/infection control, and furnish labor and materials for the replacement of eight (8) air handlers to be located within the hospital building 200 and 200E. The contractor will be responsible for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and Lead Based Paint (LBP) remove and mitigation, including floor tile, and mastic removal, where it occurs inside the project area. This requirement also consists of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform new electrical, controls and communications to the spaces renovated.
