Liberator Program Update (previously Liberator RFI, Liberator & Hunter Classified Industry Day)
Date: 6 October 2025 Subject: Notice of Intent to Utilize the UTIC Consortium for Liberator Efforts To Interested Parties: This notice is to inform industry of the Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC), Unmanned Maritime Systems Program Office (PMS 406) intent to utilize the Undersea Technology Innovation Consortium (UTIC) consortium for upcoming requirements related to the Liberator efforts. This notice serves as advanced notification and is not a request for proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP. Specific requirements, if any, for Liberator efforts will be announced through the UTIC consortium’s established processes. Future notices will not be posted on SAM.gov. This initial notification does not preclude the possibility of future competitive procurements outside of the UTIC consortium for other Liberator-related needs. Companies interested in learning more about the UTIC consortium and potential opportunities to participate in Liberator efforts through this avenue are encouraged to contact UTIC directly.
