DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 intends to issue and award a Sole Source single award Firm-Fixed Price type contract with a performance period of one (1) year plus four (4) option years to Cepheid located at 904, East Caribbean Drive Sunnyvale, California 94089-1189, for GeneXpert Infinity 80-80 System Reagents / Lease at the MEDVAMC, located at 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, TX 77030. Based on our initial market research and due to proprietary concerns, we have found that only one reputable source can provide the GeneXpert Infinity 80-80 System Reagents / Lease listed below.
