The purpose of this update is to publish the Official Questions and Answers (Q&A) for the Anesthesia Workstation System (AWS) Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP). Please review the attached document titled "AWS_RPP_Official_QandA" for the Government's responses to all received industry questions. As confirmed in the Q&A, the deadline for proposal submissions remains 01 October 2026 at 16:00 Eastern Time (ET). All other terms, requirements, and submission instructions in the solicitation remain unchanged. 1.0 Overview The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), on behalf of Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maneuver Ground, Project Manager Maneuver Medical Systems (PM M2S), is issuing this Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP) to solicit prototype project proposals for a modernized Anesthesia Workstation System (AWS). This RPP is issued pursuant to the Other Transaction Authority (OTA) under 10 U.S.C. § 4022. This is a DIRECT OTA and is NOT a solicitation for a procurement contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
