The purpose of Amendment Two (2) is to 1. Replace attachments 01, 03, 04, 05 and 07 with corrections needed. 2. Extend the solicitation closing date to 21 July 2025. All other terms and conditions remain the same.The purpose of Amendment One (1) is to 1. Answer Contractor questions asked during the question period. 2. Change the solicitation close date to 14 July 2025 at 10:00am CDT. 3. Change the Base Year POP date to 20 September 2025 through 31 July 2026 for a shortened base period.
