See attached SOLICITATION NOTICE for solicitation number 75H70125R00076 for a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS). The purpose of this project is to construct one duplex building to be used as staff quarters for the Fort Thompson Service Unit located in Fort Thompson, SD. The project will also provide for the option to construct one additional duplex building at the same location in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other documents provided under this solicitation. This project will be procured as a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) utilizing North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236116 New Multifamily Housing Construction.
