Provide a comprehensive package of high-quality Icelandic language instruction and integrated supplementary online Icelandic materials, as follows: - two sets of 10-lesson in-person on-site instructor-led Icelandic courses, oen at the beginner level and one at the intermediate level, with a primry focus on spoken Icelandic; - one set of 10-lesson one-on-one, on-site, in-person Icelandic tutoring sesssions; - supplementary online Icelandic language materials. The Icelandic language instruction must be provided at the specific times the Embassy needs to schedule in-person classes or virtual tutoring session.
