USPFO P&C - Minnesota is interested in the identification of capable sources to perform radio and television Public Service Announcement (PSA) Services and a hybrid between PSA and paid advertising called Non-Commercial Sustaining Announcement (NCSA) Services, also known as Public Education Program (PEP). The primary objective is to reach the ARNG target demographic of 15-24 year-olds, then 25-35 year-olds. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary in support of the Minnesota National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRBN). This requirement is proposed to be a 12-month base, plus four (4) 12-month option periods, if exercised. Attached is a draft performance work statement.
