Combined Synopsis/Solicitation NAICS 541330

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc. (BAE) (CAGE 99789), of Rockville, MD, for technical engineering and integrated facilities acquisition & engineering (FA&W) services in support of the Nuclear-armed, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program. This acquisition is being pursued under the sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement. Primary work locations are Washington, DC, Bangor, WA, and Kings Bay, GA. The Period of Performance is a one-year base with a one-year option for a total of 24 months (if SSP exercises all Options).
