Presolicitation NAICS 336414

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order (DO) to Lockheed Martin Corporation-Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC) against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002. The anticipated DO is to incorporate the following scope: Conduct Failure Review Boards, perform verification or assessment of AGM-158C-3 requirements, support Independent Technical Risk Assessment, perform integration of WDL software, provide antenna models, provide time-of flight and training LAR tables, support System Level Ground Test, perform test asset repair and support for carrier suitability testing. This contract is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.
