The specifications for these materials are listed below: Specifications: CG/PD 04-9407B SCOPE. Scope. This purchase description covers wind resistant poplin nylon/cotton cloth, dyed to match Coast Guard Blue 3362. Classification. The cloth shall be of one class only.
