STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. Contract Title. Microbiological media purchase order for Clinical Microbiology laboratory. 2. Background. A purchase order is requested to order specific products throughout the year necessary to perform microbiology lab tests. 3. Scope. FY26 request for microbiology testing media for Seattle Division Microbiology Department. These products are required for the identification of pathogenic organisms. This includes products formatted to maintain a long shelf-life, such as the BactiDrop Oxidase, Indole and Acridine Orange that are used daily and are critical for organism identification, as well as perishable selective agar, biochemical test kits and other required products such as ATCC organisms, mandated by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), as part of our Quality Control for media. Products are ordered monthly for weekly delivery as noted below or as needed, and these supplies enable microbiologists to identify diseases in veteran patients. 4. Specific Tasks.
