This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. This is a non-personal services contract to provide environmental services for a Hazardous Materials Survey (HMS) at Building 419 at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB), Albuquerque, NM. Contractor must perform work in accordance (IAW) with Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
