A. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. B. The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-personal healthcare service, commercial item, single award, labor hour purchase order with fixed, fully loaded (all-inclusive) hourly rates for Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician services at the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center, Sisseton, South Dakota in response to RFQ 75H70626Q00004.
