INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Becton, Dickinson & Co., One Becton Drive, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417. NAICS 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing will be used. The proposed contract action is for the customer support of the Richmond VAMC s existing Becton Dickinson (BD) Bioscience FACSLyric Flow Cytometer system. To support the purchase of the Richmond VAMC s new Flow Cytometry Antibodies and Reagents Consumables. The Government intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The contract is anticipated to be for a one-time delivery.
