The U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District. Anticipates soliciting and awarding a contract to provide the necessary construction services as described below. The project site is located at Al Jaber Air Base, Kuwait. This will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) Design-Bid-Build (DBB) contract awarded on the basis of full and open competition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 ? F-18 Super Hornet Procurement E, Pkg 007, 008, 009 work includes construction of a new Engine Shop, Airframes Shop, Squadron Operations Building, related site improvements, and incidental related work.
