THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Request for Information (RFI) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet for a B-2 Performance Based Logistics (PBL) for Constrained End Item Repair that is a Public, Private Partnership (PPP), hereafter known as B-2 PBL/PPP within this RFI. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds are available to fund the information being solicited and contractors will not be reimbursed for providing a response to this RFI. Responding to this RFI is voluntary and not mandatory.
