For this sources sought notice, small businesses with NAICS 562910 remediation services, should submit qualifications and three similar past experience projects similar to the work described below. In general, the Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to complete the contract requirements specified in Table 1 of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services (see Part 3). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS and the Basic Contract. 1.1.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for fully executing this firm fixed price contract under a Performance-Based Acquisition (PBA).
