25 September 2025 Update: FAQ document attached The Navy’s Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) Program Office is seeking industry partners to establish and operate at least one, and potentially more than one, accelerated training site(s). The white paper submission requirements for initial responses to this notice and the process by which any agreements will be made are outlined in this notice. The Navy’s Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program in Danville, Virginia, delivers intensive, high-throughput workforce training to address critical skill shortages in the maritime industrial base. This effort will adapt and leverage the accelerated training model for at least one West Coast location, providing the critical skill sets and training in advanced technologies needed to support the maritime industrial base, while establishing a process that is repeatable and scalable for future locations.
