Dear Prospective Quoter: Subject: Request for Proposal number PR15659667 – U.S. National Day Venue Enclosed is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for venue and catering services in support of U.S. Consulate National Day event to be scheduled on any one of the following dates 10, 11 and 12th Feb 2026, in line with the attached scope of work.
