The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.506, FAR 26.2, and 15 U.S.C 637 to a certified Woman Owned Small Business concern. The anticipated contract will provide emergency embankment repair and shoal removal services to restore flood-risk management capability at Bennetts Creek in Canisteo, NY. The anticipated period of performance completion is 1 June 2026. Estimated Value for this contract is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Authority: This procurement is being conducted as a sole source under the WOSB Program in accordance with FAR 19.506 and as a local area set-aside for major disaster or emergency assistance activities in accordance with FAR 26.202-1(b) and FAR 26.202-2.
