MACHINIST APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM FOR WATERVLIET ARSENAL EMPLOYEES. INCLUDES THREE OPTION YEARS. LOT. THIS WILL BE A SOLE SOURCE TO HUDSON VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
