This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice only. 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intend to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Labor Hour (LH)/Time & Material (T&M)), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the Maintenance and Repair of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) at USAG Wiesbaden and USAG Baumholder. This requirement will utilize lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Wiesbaden and USAG Baumholder. The Period of Performance is expected to start 01 December 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
