ARMORED CAR SERVICES Questions and Answers Question 1: Could you please confirm whether the solicitation includes FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, and if so, whether subcontracting to similarly situated entities is allowed to count toward the 50% self-performance requirement? Government Response: This is an unrestricted solicitation; not set-aside for small business. FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting will not be included. No additional questions are being accepted for this Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
