Special Notice NAICS 334310

This is a public notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. The Library of Congress (Library), Contracts and Grants Directorate(CGD), intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order (PO) to Endpoint Audio Labs (624 S. Gleenwood Pl., Burbank, CA 91506). The equipment procured by this order will be delivered to the Library's Culpeper Campus. The period of performance (POP) of the intended PO shall run one year. It is valued at an amount below the simplified acquisition threshold (or SAT, defined as $250,000 and below), but above $25,000 (the public notice threshold). The PO consists of the following: Endpoint Audio Labs shall provide the Library with one (1) wire playback machine. Endpoint will also provide a three-year warranty, three years of firmware updates, and initial training for playback machine. This announcement constitutes the only public notice.
