Video Bore Inspection System (VBIS) for 155mm Cannons Specification The Video Bore Inspection System (VBIS) is intended to be used with existing government-owned Laser Bore Inspection System (LBIS) measurement equipment. The initial delivery shall be a prototype that enables at a minimum, inspection of the full bore length of 155mm cannons. Deliverables shall be followingAll hardware and software required to operate the prototype shall be delivered to YPG, including at a minimum:1. One prototype 155mm Bore Camera Scanner VBIS Camera Unit with side-facing and down-bore cameras2. One custom umbilical cable with 48 V PoE power3. One upgrade to government-owned Self-Propelled Sensor Delivery Unit, including 20TB hard drive storage and a workspace for operating the VBIS on existing government-owned LP-6000 instruments4.
