U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division in support of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on a sole source basis to CLO Virtual Fashion, LLC, located at 285 Fulton St, FL 58, STE T, New York, NY 10007 under the authority prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). It is anticipated that the BPA will have a five year ordering period with a total ceiling for all delivery orders of approximately $249,999.99. Delivery orders issued against this BPA will not be synopsized separately. Award of this BPA is anticipated to be on or before October 31, 2025. The requirement is for the purchase of approximately three to eight annual software licenses per year over the five year ordering period for CLO Enterprise Software—3D clothing design software and academic subscription for certain War Department activities at Natick Soldier Systems Center.
