End of Amendment 0001 ------------------------- The United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division on behalf of the 991st AVN requires a replacement of the Scully Deadman switch to reliably pull fuel from the underground tanks into the refueling vehicles, and provide a safety stop to the fuel if there is an issue during refueling.
