The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with Rolls Royce Corporation (CAGE: 63005) for a Fixed-Price contract. This procurement is for the Repair of the JetSCAN Oil Analyzer to provide extended annual scheduled maintenance service and repair support coverage for three (3) United States Marine Corps JetSCAN Oil Analysis Systems for the AV-8B Harrier, F-402 engine. Rolls Royce Corporation owns the operating system that tests, verifies and analyses the oil.
