NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Bactec MGIT 960 Mycobacterial Detections System The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Becton, Dickinson and Company, BD Diagnostics of Sparks Glencoe, MD to provide FDA Approved Cost Per Test BACTEC MGIT 960 mycobacterial detection system to the Miami VA Medical Center.
