Presolicitation

The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1130 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 1 Seth F. Tobey Road, Wareham, MA 02571. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately four (4) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.
