INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Ned Davis Research #SS-OFR-26-009 The Bureau of Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of The Office of Financial Research (OFR) and the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC), intends to make award to Ned Davis Research, Inc., 3665 Bee Ridge Rd, Ste 306, Sarasota, FL 34233-1056 for Ned Davis Global Investment Service data subscription. The Office of Financial Research has a need to obtain approval to award a firm fixed-price contract with Ned Davis Research (NDR), Inc., for the purchase of Ned Davis Global Investment Service datasets. The proposed contractor developed and owns the propriety and patented software, algorithms, and work efforts that are used in these products and support the services specifically required for this acquisition; thereby the proposed source has the sole unique technical and other resources required for this acquisition.
