A summary of the process to award is as follows: On 10 September 2025, the Government released a Request for Quote (RFQ) on eBuy General Services Administration (GSA) for 2 Agilent 4150 Tape Stations. This request was solicited as a small business set aside, under a firm fixed price (FFP) contract, with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) as the award method.
