This is a sole sourcce requirement to R4 Intergration (Cage Code 5XBE4). Small businesses that have the capability to support this effort are encouraged to contact the contractor for opportunities. The Special Operations Forces (SOF) System Program Office (SPO) has a need to provide procurement, installation, integration and operation of forty-four (44) Ku/Ka Beyond Line-of-Sight (BLOS) Communications Suites, to include all hardware and software components, is critical for enhanced command and control, threat mitigation, and efficient mission execution within the HC-130J aircraft community. The acquisition includes one Trial Kit, one Proof Kit, 37 primary systems, and five spare systems to ensure optimal operational readiness and minimize downtime. The HC-130J platform currently lacks organic BLOS communication, hindering access to vital Secret Internet Protocol (SIPR) applications.
