The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Locally Employed Staff Health Insurance Services for U.S. Embassy Lison, Portugal. (i) GENERAL Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12 (RFO deviation) procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 19GE5026Q0035 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Competition is full and open. All interested and responsible sources may submit a quotation in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions contained in this solicitation and its attachments.
